24 Hour I.T. Support
Our phones are staffed 24 hours
per day. This is a distinguishing trait of our
firm. You can speak to a person anytime simply by calling our main
switchboard. We understand that technical support is often
required after regular business hours, so we want you to feel
confident that your call will be answered when you need I.T.
support.
Remote Support
Remote access allows your desktop to be "visited" by a technician
while you watch. As long as you have an Internet connection, you
have the ability for remote support. Your screen, mouse, and
keyboard can be securely accessed by your support technician while
the support call is in session - often
avoiding a site visit and resolving your issues
during the call.
On-Site Support
When on-site help is
required, our corporate
fleet of GPS-enabled vehicles
gets our technicians to your location ASAP. We often schedule
routine maintenance for on-site tasks when a technician will be at
your location.
