Remote support
Remote access allows your application or desktop to be visited by a specialist when required. The screen, mouse, and keyboard can be managed by both the user and the remote technician - often avoiding an on-site visit. Remote support is particularly useful for specialized applications, data, and analytics which are more easily serviced by an expert who can actually see and take action as if he/she were at your location!
