Remote Support
Remote access allows your application or desktop to be visited by a specialist when required. The screen, mouse, and keyboard can be managed by both the user and the remote technician - often avoiding an on-site visit. Remote support is particularly useful when an expert can view the same screen with you as you describe your issue.
