We install and support Polycom Phone systems (unlike other vendors, we use traditional analog/land lines for your incoming/outgoing to avoid common problems associated with VoIP). Therefore, we leverage your internal network to make your phones more flexible and manageable (move phones, program extensions, manage call routing). The base system includes most required features and functionality for small-medium businesses:

• Works with existing PC Network wiring (no separate phone wires required!)

• We separate and prioritize voice and data traffic as a part of the installation

• Move phone by plugging into new location

• Off-site workers and branch offices can use the same system with their own ext.

• Call Forwarding to cell phones / off-site numbers (user controlled by extension)
